Tom Moody named coach for Mohali team in IPL |

17 February 2008
Tom Moody of Australia has been named the coach of Mohali team in the IPL tournament. Priety Zinta accompanied by her beau Ness Wadia said in the press conference held at PCA stadium in Mohali that they have secured the services of Tom Moody in capacity as a coach for their team.
Tom Moody, 42, a member of two World Cup-winning Australian teams, coached Sri Lanka for two years before leaving in May, 2007 to take up the reins for Western Australia.
Also it was revealed that Yuvraj Singh will be captain of the side. When asked about Yuvraj Singh not being in brightest form Priety Zinta replied that she was confident that the form slump will end soon and he is still the same player who hit six sixes in one over in T20 World Cup. Other concern now for the team will be to find three other players from catchment area as Yuvraj is already in and they need three players to fill the four player from catchment area clause in IPL. |
