The Indian team which has a hectic schedule for the Monday arrived at Perth with a bit of bad news. Former Indian captain and one of the batsmen in form Saurav Ganguly is suffering from fever and rushed straight to a doctor soon after checking into the hotel. He will be under going a blood test soon and has maintained that he will be playing the Perth test match starting on Wednesday.
Ganguly had earlier broken down on field in the second innings of Melbourne test match after suffering from heat exaution. He had fever going into second test match at Sydney but showed no signs of it on field during the test match.
After arriving at Perth most of the team members have been relaxing and some of the memebers went out for dinner. Indias coach in waiting Garry Kirsten is also in Perth and is expected to hold meetig with the players on Monday. |
